    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refund.
    • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code may be subject to store credit instead of monetary refund.

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
    • Gift cards or vouchers.
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

    4. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
