You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email or phone. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
